VIRTUAL & LIVE EVENTS

It is always a thrill to travel the globe to work on various events and conferences.  I have ample experience producing and directing for some of the world's largest conferences (my largest being a 45,000+ attendee conference).

My experience includes: developing content, determining the story architecture, directing the visual asset creation (videos, presentations, and scenic), overseeing vendors, establishing the show-flow, and speaker coaching. Depending on the needs of the conference, I also have a vast network of high-skilled speaker coaches and production partners to execute the work at the highest possible standard. From development to launch, I love the entire process.

Beyond the live events (and prior to COVID-19), I have also produced a number of virtual events for internal and external conferences.  These include webinars and all-inclusive events deployed on various virtual platforms.  I was a Creative Director, for 3 years, on multiple virtual conferences with Intel where I was responsible for the design and interactive experience of the attendees.

In addition, I have also worked as a visual designer creating show floor booths, digital and print signage, and presentation visuals.  This includes designing a registration website as well.  I have also executed and edited video content for welcome videos, keynotes, and highlight reels.

Many of the conference I've worked on have been with some of the world's most influential Thought Leaders (TL) from some of the most successful companies around the globe.  Nearly all of the speakers I have worked with have been C-level or VP leaders. I have also been responsible for working directly with the TL and their key stakeholders on their presentation visuals.
